Since Reshade can be used on many games other than the Sims 4, you’ll need to select the right game. For most people, this will simply be the Downloads folder which can be reached through C:\Users\YOUR COMPUTER NAME\Downloads. Depending on where your browser downloads the mod, you can find it in different places. Extract and launch the “Reshade.exe” file.
